How to order? It's easy!

FOLLOW THESE SIMPLE INSTRUCTIONS STEP-BY STEP:

1) Read the terms that applies to you. For further ordering questions, see our Ordering FAQs. Feel free to read our customer reviews.

2) Browse our price lists . Also, look at our Gallery page for pics.

3) 1st time ordering from us? Fill out and submit the order form at the bottom of this page.

Are you a repeat customer for us? We reward repeat customers with discounts and provide a shorter order form. Click HERE if you are a returning customer.

4) Wait 24-48 hrs. You should get an email with confirmation of your order and payment details/instructions. (If later than 48 hrs., use our contact page on this site to check up on your order.)

5) Submit your payment and upon receipt within 24-48 hrs. will be contact you to coordinate an acceptable ship date. We will be look at our business schedule and the weather. See our shipping/weather page.

6) Receive your shipment and 48 hrs. or more later, LEAVE A REVIEW . Thank you!

HELPFUL TIP (for retail customers): If you can't make the $20 minimum order, consider going in with the following people/groups/organizations:

(Keep in mind shipping will run you $30+ so you want to make your purchase large enough to justify shipping costs. Buying in bulk, 6+ lots of any species nets you the best discounts.)

Packing/handling fees:	Starts at $5 and increases depending on the size of your order, any heat or cold packs that need to be included, special containers or special insulation, extra secure box, etc. needed. We will let you know, but in most cases small orders under $100 in animal sales incur a $5 P/H fee.
Dry Goods shipping costs/options:	Media Mail $5 (for books, magazines, CDs delivery in 5-10 days) Priority Mail $6 to $12 (3-7 days delivery)
Shipping Dead Stock (preserved wildlife)	I'm ordering dead stock (preserved wildlife). Shipping costs to be determined.

Live Wildlife Shipping options/costs: {This is shipping for wildlife that is NOT medically significant/non-venomous.)	Next day shipping (FL $30, Eastern time zone $55+, Midwest $58+, Mountain time zone: $60+, Pacific Time zone: $62+). Live arrival guaranteed. 2nd Day service (Flat rate of $25 for small/med. boxes ONLY. IF the order is large and the box will weigh over 3 lbs. and/ or the box needs to be larger than 12" any side, we will determine the exact costs). NO live arrival guarantee. Not recommended, but can work during fall/spring season. *** Note: Cost above are typical costs for small orders in which the box is under 6"x6"x6" and 3 lbs. The size/weight of your shipment will determine if the cost will go up. We will determine this for you.

Venomous/medically significant wildlife shipping cost:	Delta Dash $112+ * Minimum order: $200 (not counting shipping cost) for venomous species. * Reference our venomous species page to determine which species needs to be shipped with this method.

Export order:	This is an export order if you live outside the U.S.A. • Minimum export order: $1,000 in live stock/dry goods. • Export box fee: $30 • Export fee: $295 • Estimated air cargo cost: ( $200+ to Canada & Mexico. $500+ for Europe, U.K., $625+ Asia) • IF your live stock order is over $2,000, a broker fee of $200 will be incurred.
SPECIAL WINTER BOX:	Yes. Use a special winter box. Add $10 (Very thick insulated box w/ 40 hour heat pack for overnight temps under 39F) .No thanks. (Note: No LAG for temps under 40F)
