How to order

NOTE: No international shipping. Sales and shipping ONLY in the U.S.

NOTE: There is a $50 minimum order in animals (not counting shipping costs). 

First steps in ordering:

1) Click the “person icon” on the upper right of the site and “create account".   

2) Go to the bottom of our home page, to the section " Join Our Mailing List" and sign up to subscribe to receive new arrival, sales, and news announcements and to a code to use in the shopping cart that nets you 10% off your first order.  

3) Read our "Terms of Service (TOS) page BEFORE ordering.

Shopping cart action steps to make and completer your order: 

• Add items to your shopping cart until you have finalized your order.

 • Edit cart

 • Continue shopping.

 • Order checkout - must review/select if appropriate

 • Account processing fee

 • Review final order

 • Checkout

• Continue

 • Edit shipping address (if you know your nearby FedEx Ship Center address)

 • Select shipping method/option • Select "PayPal" for payment.  

*** IMPORTANT: You don't have to have a PayPal account to complete payment. You can use your debit/credit card during the PayPal check out process.  

Detailed ordering process to use the shopping cart:

 1) Go to the "shop" action button to look at three pages: "Species Profiles & Services", "Price list" (text version), and "Special Orders".   

2) Select what you want and add items to your shopping cart.  

3) IMPORTANT & REQUIRED: After you have filled out the "customer information" and "shipping address" fields, confirm your desired stock/services AND then look at the upper right corner and select "EDIT CART".

4) Select "Continue shopping" (upper left corner of the page, and in the left side menu select "Order checkout - must review/select if appropriate).   

5) Select "Account processing fee" (select from the options menu there).  

6) Review final order/selections and select the purple "Checkout" button.   

7) Select the purple "continue" button. Edit the shipping address with your nearby FedEx Ship Center (for live arrival guarantee) or will determine this for you and email you that info.    

8) Select the appropriate shipping option based on what state you live in from the menu.    

9) Select "PayPal" for payment.   

 NOTE: IF you didn't select the appropriate option in the "Account processing fee" product page, this charge will be billed separately and coordinated via email.  

IMPORTANT: Do NOT click the "Fast Checkout with Paypal button". This will not allow you to add shipping service and options. You must fill out your customer information and shipping address and phone number BEFORE clicking on the PayPal button towards the bottom of the page. You will utilize PayPal (using your PayPal account funds or your debit/credit card) to complete payment.

• After this, we will receive the order and let you know when your order can ship and your receiving date within 24 to 48 hours.

• You will receive an email of your invoice for your records and this will show the date you can expect the shipment. You will also  get an email of the tracking number of the shipment on the date of the shipment (expect this late night that day).

11) Field-collected stock: Some of our stock is field-collected per order. There is a minimum order of at least a six lot to make it worth our field collector’s time and travel expenses. Do not ask for quantity under a six lot as this will not be feasible unless it is offered already for that species in our online store. This process takes 1-2 weeks on average after completion of your payment. We will coordinate the ship date with you.

12) Back-ordered stock: If you see the size/sex of this species listed as “back-ordered”, use our contact page to inquire how soon we can get this back in-stock BEFORE deciding to order it.
